Dr Xing Zhao

Dr Xing Zhao is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Physics, Engineering and Technology at the University of York. His research focuses on electrical machine design and optimisation, with increasing interests in AI applications. Through his involvement in D2N+ Challenge Case Study 2, he hopes to contribute his expertise in electrical machines and AI-enabled engineering, while working with researchers to develop practical and innovative solutions to the challenges addressed by the Network.
